Absolutely great hotel, I had a perfectly pleasant stay. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Private bathroom.

Its location was absolutely perfect, right by the reception area, and in a very nice area. Also, the hotel was quite a walk from Los Fundadores Park. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was CHEAP.

Greatly enjoyed Playa del Carmen, the hotel was nice and cute in the hectic area they was peace to find. The property provided good prices. The staff was excellent and affable, as for 5-stars hotel. The location was good for walking around Quinta Avenida.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. It was close to the center and the beach, but still far enough away from the noisy party hotels. The price was unbeatable and offered good value for the money.

Although there were some minor issues with the hotel, such as thin walls and occasional noise from the street and reception area, I was able to mitigate the noise by using noise-cancelling headphones during the day and earplugs at night. The cleanliness was generally good, although there were some small issues like finding hair in the shower and sand on the floor.

Cute hotel, I greatly enjoyed its particularly good and magnificent location.

My room included a safe box, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. There was a fully furnished kitchen in the room. Location: the hotel was right by night clubs as well as stores, laundry, beach, tourist activities, and bus station.

It was in an absolutely perfect and stunning location with Quinta Avenida nearby. The staff was really helpful and always on disposal.

Every visit to Playa del Carmen we like to stay here. This great family run hotel is absolutely great with very good staff.

The hotel was cute, however I stayed for 5 nights only. The room was fairly quiet, and impressive, with climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television I needed. The staff were all very good and amicable, which was unquestionably a plus. Its location was very central, right by Coco Bongo.

Great staff, always willing to assist with any issues that arose during our stay. The cleaning service was exceptional, ensuring our room was tidy and fresh every day. The convenient parking lot across the street gave us peace of mind knowing our car was safe. The location was perfect, providing a quiet atmosphere despite being close to the lively party zone.

We were given a different room without the amenities we had booked. The hot water supply was unreliable, and we had to repeatedly inform the reception to have it turned on for showers.

I was very pleased with this venue. It is located right in the heart of the busy area, close to many restaurants and shops. I loved the services provided here, such as the airport shuttle, tours/ticket assistance and the 24-hour reception that always responded promptly to my needs. Moreover, my room was well equipped with top-notch amenities like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, sitting area and air conditioning, which made my stay quite enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great family run hotel with excellent and amiable staff. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Quick check in, good prices. Not to mention great wifi! Favourable, magnificent location in Centro district close to bus station, everything, bus, collectivo's, beach, restaurants and the beach. Also, in the hectic area:)))
